- Ready to use with Saff
- Arabic and English
Free PDF converters break on exactly the documents businesses actually have: scanned invoices, phone photos of receipts, bank statements whose tables run across pages, and pages that mix Arabic and English. The result is a spreadsheet someone then corrects by hand, line by line.
We built Saff for this. It turns PDFs, scans and photos into Excel tables with the columns you name, keeps the same columns across every batch, and shows each extracted row beside the original so it can be checked before export. It is ready to use today, priced per document. For documents that cannot leave your company, we install it on your own infrastructure.

What is included
- Scans and photos, not just PDFs. Scanned documents and phone photos are read as well as digital PDFs.
- Arabic and English on one page. Bilingual documents read correctly, including pages that mix both languages.
- Your columns, every batch. Name the columns once and every batch of invoices or statements comes out in the same shape.
- Side-by-side review. Each extracted row is shown next to the original, so it can be checked before export.
- Tables that span pages. Long tables such as bank statements are joined across pages into one sheet.
- On-premise installation. For documents that cannot leave the company, Saff can be installed on your own infrastructure on request.
How the engagement runs
- Open Saff. Upload a few of your own documents at saffnow.com and see the result.
- Set your columns. Name the columns you need, once, for each type of document.
- Review and export. Check each row beside its original, then export to Excel.
- Scale or install. Run larger batches, or ask us to install Saff on your own servers.
