- Monthly plan
- Monitoring included
A website or application starts ageing the day it launches. Libraries need security patches, certificates expire, forms stop delivering when an email setting changes, and small requests pile up because nobody owns them. Most problems are cheap if someone catches them early and expensive if a customer finds them first.
Our maintenance plans give you a team that watches your site or app, keeps it patched and backed up, fixes what breaks and works through your improvement list every month. It covers the sites and systems we built, and existing ones once we have reviewed them.

What is included
- Security updates. Frameworks, libraries and server software kept patched, with changes tested before they reach your live site.
- Backups and recovery. Regular backups that are tested, so a restore is a routine step rather than a hope.
- Uptime and error monitoring. Alerts when the site goes down, a form stops sending or errors spike, so issues are caught early.
- Bug fixes. Problems you report or monitoring finds, fixed by people who know the codebase.
- Small improvements. Content changes, new sections and small features worked through each month from your list.
- Monthly report. What was updated, fixed and improved, plus anything that needs a decision from you.
How the engagement runs
- Scope. The quotation on this site captures your site or app, its stack and the level of cover you need.
- Review. For existing sites we did not build, a short review of the code and hosting first.
- Onboard. Access, monitoring and backups set up, and your improvement list agreed.
- Run monthly. Updates, fixes and improvements every month, with a report at the end of each.
Questions
What does website maintenance include?
Website maintenance covers security updates, backups, uptime and error monitoring, bug fixes and small content or feature changes. The aim is that problems are caught by monitoring rather than by your customers.
Do you offer an annual maintenance contract (AMC)?
Maintenance runs as a monthly plan. If your procurement process needs it as an annual maintenance contract, the term can be agreed in the quotation.
Can you maintain a website you did not build?
Yes, after a short review of the code, hosting and access. The review tells us what state it is in and whether anything needs fixing before regular maintenance starts.
How much does website maintenance cost?
It depends on the size of the site or app, its technology and how many changes you expect each month. The quotation on this site gives you a scoped monthly estimate in AED.
