SaaS and MVP development for startups in Abu Dhabi and the UAE

Build and ship

Most first versions fail for one of two reasons: they take so long to build that the market moves, or they are built so loosely that they collapse once paying customers arrive. The real work is choosing the smallest product that proves the idea, and then building that small product properly.

We build SaaS products and MVPs for founders and for companies launching a new product line. We also build and run our own: Almanexa, ValiCrew and Saff are products we designed, launched and operate. The parts that usually get skipped, such as accounts, permissions, payments, onboarding and support, are the parts we already run every day.

What is included

  • MVP scoping. The smallest product that proves your idea, with what is in and out of version one written down.
  • Accounts and permissions. Sign-up, sign-in, teams and roles built properly from the start, so each customer's data stays separate.
  • Subscriptions and payments. Plans, payments and invoices set up so revenue is recorded correctly from the first customer.
  • Admin and support tools. The back office you need to run the product: customer lookup, usage and the fixes support asks for.
  • English and Arabic. Products that work in both languages, including right-to-left layout, where your market needs it.
  • Launch and iteration. Analytics, error monitoring and a release process, so you learn from real users and ship changes safely.

How the engagement runs

  1. Scope. The quotation on this site captures the idea, the users and what version one must prove.
  2. Build version one. The core workflow, accounts and payments, built in stages you can test.
  3. Launch. Live with real users, with analytics and monitoring in place from day one.
  4. Iterate. Changes driven by what users actually do, with maintenance available after launch.

Questions

How much does it cost to build an MVP?

It depends on the number of user types, screens and integrations, and whether payments are in version one. Keeping the first version small is the biggest lever on cost. The quotation on this site gives you a scoped estimate in AED.

What should be in an MVP?

Only what proves the idea: the core workflow your first customers will pay for, accounts, and a way to take payment if the business model needs it. Everything else waits for evidence from real users.

Who owns the code?

Ownership of the code is agreed in the contract for each engagement. Your product data and your customers' data are yours.

Can you take over an MVP built by someone else or with AI tools?

Yes. If your first version was built by another team or with an AI coding tool such as Lovable, Bolt or Cursor, we review it first and keep what works. Our AI App Rescue service covers exactly that.
